Having trouble sleeping? That could be due to a number of things, but it's likely that you're either stressed, not feeling too great, or have tight/tense muscles. One of the best ways to relieve these problems in order to improve your night's sleep is to do this short and deeply relaxing yoga routine! It's only 10 minutes long, and you can do it right before you're ready to go to sleep.
