Heartburn pain can't always be relieved by traditional over-the-counter drugstore medication. This is where yoga comes in. Heartburn and indigestion are no fun, and this short yoga sequence is a great way to help feel some relief and put out the fire.
Important Side Note: If you are pregnant and in need of practicing this class, please don't do any of the twisting (or substitute it with an open twist instead), and always stop is something doesn't feel right. Also, if you have chronic heartburn that is ongoing and severe, that could be a sign of acid reflux disease or something even more serious, so please consult your physician to receive medical advice.
